Clearing is closed but will be opening in July 2018
Clearing is part of the UCAS application process which helps students who have not yet secured a university place to find and apply for a course.
You might need to use Clearing if:
If you would like to secure a place at Westminster through Clearing then you will be able to find our contact details here from the beginning of June.
This is the optional video description text to let the use know about the content of the video. This is an optional field.
Even the best designers produce successful products only if their designs solve the right problems. A wonderful interface to the wrong features will fail.
You will have to have all your results before we can make you an offer of a place through Clearing.
If you don’t yet have your results, you can contact us our clearing service and ask us any questions about our courses or register your interest in a place through Clearing in June, July and early August. Further information on how to register with us will be available on this webpage from June.
We can only make unconditional offers through UCAS if you apply through the Clearing process. If you would like to apply before Clearing opens then please consider using UCAS Extra or making a UCAS application before 30 June.
Once you have your results, we can consider you for a place. For our architecture, engineering, complementary medicine, property and construction, and media, art and design courses you might need to send a portfolio of work or attend an interview.
For the majority of applicants to the rest of our courses, we will look at the qualifications that you have obtained so far.
If we can offer you a place through Clearing then we will send you a Clearing offer email. Please make sure you check your junk mail folder in case it ends up in there and add @westminster.ac.uk to your safe senders list. This offer will not appear on UCAS track.
Firstly, congratulations! Secondly, you will need to add your offer as your Clearing choice on UCAS Track. Make sure you have read your Clearing offer email carefully as it includes instructions on how to accept your offer and a deadline to add it to Track on the UCAS website.
Let us know if you need more time to decide on your offer or if you need further information from us in order to help you make your decision. We will happily extend your offer and issue you with a new deadline if we think we still have vacancies on the course you are interested in.
The University needs to confirm to UCAS that we will accept you through Clearing. This usually takes one working day. Once we’ve confirmed your place it will show on UCAS Track and we will send you a confirmation email.
