Whether you’re beginning at the University of Westminster soon or are studying here already, the Student Accommodation team offers free help and advice on finding a suitable place to live.

Beginner Spanish

  • Your first exposure to the language, allowing you to start to communicate.
  • Start with the present tense to talk about your family, hobbies and home.
  • For those who have little or no previous knowledge of Spanish.

Elementary Spanish

  • Explore phrasal verbs and widen your vocabulary to describe feelings.
  • Develop your ability to speak over the phone, and tell stories and anecdotes.
  • For those who have studied Spanish for about a year (60 contact hours).

Intermediate Spanish

  • Go beyond the basics in Spanish to begin communicating confidently.
  • Learn future and past tenses to speak about recent news, history and perspectives.
  • For who have studied Spanish for about two years or more (120 contact hours).

Upper-Intermediate Spanish

  • Add to your solid knowledge of grammar, learning indicative and subjunctive.
  • Grow your vocabulary with some famous expressions and colloquial phrases.
  • For those who have studied Spanish for about three years or more (180 contact hours).

Advanced Spanish

  • Advance your knowledge of the Spanish language and culture.
  • Discuss culture, history and the current situation in Spain and Latin America..
  • For those who feel confident in Spanish grammar and vocabulary (300 contact hours).

Intensive Spanish

  • Refresh or upgrade your language skills to stand out as a globally engaged professional.
  • Enjoy the combination of online distance learning and intensive class sessions.
  • Suitable for those who obtain B1 (CEFR), Intermediate or higher level in Spanish.
